When does the ice rink open?

How much does it cost to skate?
Skate passes are $15 each and includes skate rental and admission to the rink. Tuesdays are family skate night with skate pass specials at $12
If I buy a day pass can I leave and come back later?
Yes! Day passes are good for any session for that day.
How long can I skate?
Each skate pass includes admission to the rink for the hours scheduled for that particular day.
Can I bring a purse or bag into the Amphitheater?
In the interest of public safety, the City of Tuscaloosa is implementing a clear bag policy for all public events held at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. This policy limits the size and types of bags allowed into the venue by patrons and staff.
Beginning immediately, patrons will be able to carry the following style and size of bag into the facility:
- Bags that are composed of a clear plastic or transparent vinyl material and are no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”. Logos are allowed, but may only be on one side of the bag.
- Small Clutch (4.5" x 6.5" or smaller) with or without a handle or strap.
- Clear plastic re-sealable bags, no larger than one gallon, limit two per person.
- Gift Bags once properly inspected (no wrapped boxes will be allowed in the facility)
Exceptions will be made for bags required for medical needs upon proper inspection.
What happens if it rains?
The rink will remain open in light to moderate rain, but may close in heavy sustained rain at the management’s discretion. Please check our website or Facebook page for updates on weather closings.
Will refunds be given in the event of rain?
Should the ice rink be closed by management for any reason, management will review the opportunity for an alternate session ticket to be issued.
Where do I park?
Parking is available at the Box Office.
Do activities have height requirements?
Anyone who is able may skate. Adult supervision is required. All activities are at your own risk – please use caution
